New Customer   Use this link to enter your mailing address.  The database main key is your Customer ID#. You are assigned the ID# after entering your mailing address.
 

Repeat Customer

Use this link:

  1. If you know your previously assigned ID# and wish to order, or 
  2. To verify that we have your correct address on file
  3. USE SAME 5 OR 9 DIGIT ZIP CODE USED WHEN ENTERING INFO INTO DATABASE

Forgotten ID   

Use this link if:

  1. You do not know your ID#, or

  2. You are not sure if you have been assigned a number yet

Type in your First and Last Name and we will display the information we have about you.
Note: You might find multiple numbers depending upon how many times you have actually paid for an order in the past.  All of these numbers are linked in our records and all go to the same place but try to use your main assigned ID.

Our database should include your CURRENT mailing address so that packages are properly routed.  It also allows us to track your history with Augies Records.  New customers enter basic data so a database can be set up.  Repeat customers can use the assigned ID numbers to skip over the address fields and go directly to the Order Form.  Of course, if there is a change in mailing address, the form can be used to enter the new data.
